     Usage         ....at start of your program

                   external HELPMOD
                   Set key <keycode> to HELPMOD
                   ...
                   ...
     Example       Set key -30 to HELPMOD      && alt-f1
     Notes         Allows on-line editing of Help info, re-sizing
                   and positioning of help boxes.
                   Will create HELP.DBF, HELP.DBT or HELP.NDX (NTX)
                   if not present.

                   Helpmod is intended for the programmer/developer,
                   and should be disabled for distribution.
